There is very limited inventory for certain scarves. You can see the “actual sizes” for these limited selections on the scarf’s description page. All other scarf sizes are based on the size guide above.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? Standard shipping usually takes about 3-5 business days. Express shipping will take 2-3 business days. We do not take orders outside of the US. shipping is available during the holiday seasons. The shipping carrier’s shipping dates and availability are solely based on the shipping carriers’ schedules. Please allow extra time when ordering during busy holiday seasons as we cannot and do not guarantee your package will arrive before any holidays, or in time for a special occasion (such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, Mother’s Day, or Father’s Day, etc.).

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS: Products on Blue Rose Blestimonies website are immediately ready for sale, packaging, and shipping. For customized orders, during the busy holiday seasons or for special occasions, we require a minimum of 2 -3 weeks to create your beautiful customized, Blestimony product (s). The 2-3 week minimal requirement helps to ensure we can provide excellent customer service, and quality products and allow sufficient time for creating, packaging, and shipping your bespoken and unique Blestimony product(s).

INQUIRES ABOUT PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION: We do not customize all products. Please contact us with questions about the customization of products, silk dye colors available; and silk dye combinations, as well as questions about our hand-applied, textile techniques we can use to create unique products for regular products, holidays, and special occasions (i.e. Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.). If you have questions or concerns about an order you already placed, please, please email us immediately with your inquiries. We will respond within 1- business day or within 1- weekend day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once the item(s) is shipped please track the package’s delivery date and time using the shipper’s tracking number. Please check your email (provided when you placed your order) for the tracking order information.

SHIPPING: Blestimonies is not responsible for any delays in shipping or for packages damaged by any of the shipping carriers during shipping, or upon delivery of your package. We are not responsible for any of the shipping carriers’ actions, or logistical issues that may hinder or prevent your package(s) from being delivered on time and in quality and good condition. Please be on the lookout for your Blestimony package. You can check times and delivery dates via the shipping carrier’s tracking information. If your package does not arrive or is delayed, please use the tracking information and tracking number to check with the shipping carrier on the reason for the delay. You can also call the shipping carrier’s customer service number to check on the status of your package.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT? Blue Rose Blestimonies accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and AMEX). We also accept digital payments such as PayPal, Apple Pay; and Afterpay.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? Because these are one-of-a-kind, hand-applied, textile silk scarves, and other products, that take time, and skills to create; so unfortunately, we do not make returns. However, if you have an issue with your order, please, please contact us immediately via email and provide the reason you are not satisfied. We will gladly review and determine how to address the issue. Email us with the product number(s) and the reason(s) you are not satisfied with your order at sb@blueroseblestimonies.com.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

No. Unfortunately, the nature involved in creating these unique, hand-dyed, and hand-painted textile techniques, does not allow us to modify orders once we begin the hand-textile process.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you would like to cancel an order, please notify us via email within 1 day (business or weekend day) after sending your customized or regular order request. If you have an account with us, simply log into your account, go to the order you would like to cancel and there will be a “cancel my order” button on the page. Our cancelation policy is cancellations must be made within 1 day, or 24 hours - of your selection. If you have any issues canceling an order please email us immediately at sb@blueroseblestimonies.com.

WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS?

If you have an account with Blue Rose Blestimonies, you will be able to view your order status and tracking number after logging in and clicking the “Order” link. Your order will say “processing” if it hasn’t been shipped yet. You can also check your email for a tracking number to confirm the status of your order.
